I have watched over what CBRE and GH have been doing over the last 10 years.
What you're not seeing is who is saving GH the money.
How much or how many managers and other CBRE staff have channeled through both groups.
What is the impact on the staff as they do this.
How much information is wasted as each manager leave or move up.
They seem to throw it all away. New managers come in and the old ones move on leaving a huge void every time.
I would hope others will be more careful as the times change.
KPI reports-service level agreements-how much does GH have to pay for each work order, or Preventive Maintenance completed. What happens when you have a huge turn around with staff or a reduction in force?
Outsourcing is never good for health care.
What is next, nursing?
